This section is an introduction to the CHROME GuidedSMILE™ surgical protocol; a patented, fully guided, “prosthetic-down” approach to all-on-x. This protocol was developed for doctors who desire a safer, faster, smaller, and stronger immediate solution for their full arch patients.

The surgical protocol described in this section is typical for most CHROME GuidedSMILE™ cases, but as with any complete solution, there are some small adaptations depending on the patient’s clinical situation.
