Course Description

Full-arch implant rehabilitation continues to evolve, yet many patients remain untreated due to perceived anatomical limitations, treatment complexity, or financial barriers. As clinicians, we are often faced with a fundamental challenge: how do we expand clinical candidacy without compromising stability, function, or long-term outcomes?

This one-hour continuing education program explores a patented full-arch treatment philosophy that reimagines the application of existing implant and restorative technologies to address that challenge. Participants will examine how a strategic implant approach, principles of force distribution, and a novel method of prosthetic retention can be combined to create a fixed full-arch prosthesis designed to remain stable under function while expanding treatment opportunities for a broader patient population.

The program will review the biomechanical principles that influence full-arch success, the role of implant-supported stabilization, and how existing attachment technologies may be re-engineered and applied in a new way to support a fixed restoration. Attendees will gain insight into the clinical thinking, treatment planning considerations, and engineering concepts that form the foundation of this innovative approach.

Course Objectives

  • Review limitations associated with conventional full-arch treatment models.

  • Understand the biomechanical principles that contribute to immediate stabilization and long-term prosthetic success.

  • Evaluate factors that influence patient candidacy for fixed full-arch treatment.

  • Describe how strategic implant utilization can support full-arch stabilization and function.

  • Discuss how existing attachment technologies may be reimagined to create retention for a fixed prosthesis.

  • Explore how innovative treatment design may expand access to fixed full-arch rehabilitation while maintaining predictable outcomes.
