How do I decide on immediate loading and torque?

| Not enough torque on the implants | Critical: do not load the prosthetic if torque doesn't meet the minimum. An ISQ device is recommended to check NCm. If you won't load, still pick up at least 3 temp cylinders on the MUAs for tripoding. This indexes the delivery for 2–3 months later. Remaining implants can be picked up later. There is no way to do this once CHROME is removed (anything later is floating and can't be picked up). Pick up the RAPID Appliance at this point too, if possible. |
| Minimum torque for immediate loading / can I add torques together? | Up to the doctor. Some doctors add implant torques toward a "140 rule" total, but ROE does not recommend this. Better options: add another implant in the area, or sleep implants and add them to the RAPID or iJIG later. |
| How few implants is too few to continue? | Three — unless one is in the middle. Ultimately a clinical judgment call. |
| Can you load a spinner? | No. |
