TLZ-IB Zirconia

The TLZ-IB full arch zirconia implant-supported bridge represents a sophisticated approach to comprehensive oral rehabilitation, offering clinicians two distinct fabrication options to meet varying patient needs and clinical scenarios.

TLZ-IB Monolithic
The monolithic zirconia version provides a single-material restoration that eliminates the risk of delamination while delivering exceptional strength and natural esthetics through advanced translucent liquid ceramics, particularly beneficial for maxillary restorations where aesthetic demands are paramount.

TLZ-IB Layered
Alternatively, the layered ceramic version combines a zirconia framework with meticulously applied ceramic layers, allowing for enhanced characterization and customized aesthetic outcomes while maintaining the inherent strength and biocompatibility of the zirconia core.

Both configurations (monolithic and layered) require only 10mm of vertical space, work seamlessly with all major implant systems, and incorporate ROE's precision milling technology and prototype try-in process to ensure predictable results and optimal patient satisfaction.

Clinical Benefits of the TLZ-IB

Monolithic Zirconia TLZ-IB

  • Structural Integrity:  Eliminates delamination risk between materials, superior fracture resistance due to uniform material properties throughout, providing an overall reduction in maintenance requirements.
  • Clinical Efficiency: Streamlined adjustment procedures during delivery and simplified repair protocols when needed reduce overall chair time.
  • Patient Comfort: Smooth, non-porous surface, along with excellent biocompatibility, reduces plaque accumulation and simplifies home care.

Layered Zirconia TLZ-IB

  • Enhanced Esthetics:  Superior color depth and translucency through strategic ceramic layering, including incisal translucency and surface texture. This can create a more lifelike appearance, particularly in the esthetic zone
  • Clinical Versatility: Opportunity for chairside adjustments and refinements to optimize esthetics, including the ability to mask challenging underlying implant positions or angulations
  • Functional Advantages: Better stress distribution through engineered layer thickness variations

Shared Clinical Benefits

Both configurations eliminate common prosthetic failures including denture tooth loss, acrylic fractures, and component wear while requiring minimal vertical space (10mm) for conservative surgical approaches and universal implant compatibility.
