How does TLZ-IB compare to ROE's other full-arch fixed materials?

ROE offers a range of full-arch fixed prosthetic materials so you can balance strength, esthetics, weight, and vertical space. The TLZ-IB sits at the high end for both esthetics and wear resistance.

Option Esthetics Wear Prosthetic Design Substructure Notable Materials
TLZ-IB Zirconia 5/5 5/5 FP3 / FP2 / FP1 Full zirconia Full zirconia, MiYO liquid porcelain, titanium cylinders
TLZ-IB with Metal Substructure 4/5 5/5 FP3 Titanium Full zirconia, MiYO liquid porcelain, titanium substructure
NobelProcera 5/5 5/5 FP3 / FP2 / FP1 DOCERAM Nacera Pearl Zirconia Nacera Pearl Zirconia, MiYO liquid porcelain
G-CAM Graphenano 4/5 3/5 FP3 / FP2 / FP1 Trilor or titanium Graphene nanoreinforced biopolymer (G-CAM) disc

Per ROE's full-arch video, the materials span a spectrum from softer options through to nearly clinically indestructible ones. ROE's softer-material designs, such as the milled composite tooth bonded to a Trilor or titanium substructure, depend on the lab correctly designing a substructure for tooth support, because the substructure supports the superstructure and prevents shearing or breaking of materials.

The full-zirconia FP3 is described as the workhorse of full-arch restorations and ROE's longest-warranty item. For a side-by-side of strength tiers, see ROE's "Full Arch Options: Strength Guide" video on the product page.
