What does the fabrication and restorative workflow look like?

The TLZ-IB follows a three-stage restorative process that uses a verified design as the foundation for the final restoration, helping ensure predictable results.

Stage What happens
1. Records Submit a flask or duplicate prosthetic to ROE so the design captures the desired tooth position, vertical dimension, and esthetics.
2. Prototype try-in ROE produces a prototype try-in so you can verify fit, function, phonetics, and esthetics intraorally before the final is milled.
3. Final After approval, ROE mills the final full zirconia restoration, finishes it with MiYO liquid porcelain, and bonds in the titanium cylinders.

The full process typically spans 3 to 6 patient visits, with 5 days in lab for the final once records are confirmed. Rather than firing porcelain over multiple cycles, which is time-consuming and can degrade the zirconia, ROE beautifies the FP3 restoration using translucent liquid ceramics and a highly polished surface, then bonds the copings into place.

ROE's design team can support the digital side of the workflow. To start a case, send it to ROE; for design support, see ROE's full-arch design services.
