Why ROE for e.max restorations?

emax e.max monolithic

It’s simple, your case will be fabricated by ceramists who have an average of 25 years with our laboratory. Our team loves what they do and it shows in every esthetic case we produce. There is no substitute for passion and experience.

“All Ceramic, All You Need” is Ivolcar’s creed. When you need a veneer, a crown, a bridge, an implant restoration you can rely on e.max. e.max monolithic is milled, stained, glazed and polished. This material, combined with a dedicated and experience team, produces a wonderful outcome.

e.max Monolithic

Turnaround time – Production Days – Layered – 5 Days; Monolithic – 4 Days: IOS model-free – 3 Days, PVS model-free  -4 Days

When e.max is produced monolithically it exhibits 360MPa +/-. This manufacturing process does not require stacked porcelain, which is the weak link in all traditional restorations. For this reason, e.max may is one of the strongest restorations (with the exception of full gold and full zirconia) available today.

We accept conventional or digital impressions. Model-free crowns are possible for some digital impression systems. If you are a Cerec owner, connect with ROE via http://sironaconnect.com/and upload your scans. We have your case in minutes and provide beautiful crowns, model free, at a low cost. This is ideal for single units.

Turnaround time – Production Days: Single crown – 7 Days; Over 4 units – 9 Days; Bridges – 9 Days

Achieve consistent, harmonious esthetics with layered e.max. Every esthetic case completed by ROE involves a digital diagnostic work-up which can be shared with our customers via high resolution images and often a 3D preview.

Layered e.max is pressed, cut-back and hand layered for increased translucency and shading. You can request pressed-to-zirconia in bridges cases or simply layered for veneers and crowns. No more troubleshooting material selection – simply request e.max
