e.max – Layered & Monolithic

When you work with ROE, you work with one assigned technical consultant who is responsible for the quality of your restorations, case consultation, your specific preferences, and all technical communication.

Why ROE for e.max restorations?

It’s simple, your case will be fabricated by ceramists who have an average of 25 years with our laboratory. Our team loves what they do and it shows in every esthetic case we produce. There is no substitute for passion and experience.

“All ceramic, all you need” is Ivoclar’s creed. When you need a veneer, crown, bridge, or an implant restoration you can rely on e.max. E.max monolithic is milled, stained, glazed and polished. This material, combined with a dedicated and experience team, produces a wonderful outcome.

Turnaround time – Production Days –   Monolithic: 4 Days   |   Layered: 5 Days   |   IOS model free: 3 Days   |   PVS model free: 4 Days

When e.max is produced monolithically it exhibits a flexural strength of 530MPa. This manufacturing process does not require stacked porcelain, which is the weak link in all traditional restorations. For this reason, e.max monolithic is one of the strongest restorations (with the exception of full gold and full zirconia) available today.

We accept conventional or digital impressions. Model free crowns are avaliable for all digital impression systems. We accept scans from 3shape, iTero, E4D, Sirona,
3M-TDS, and Carestream 3500 and 3600. Once your scan is uploaded, we will have your case in minutes and will provide beautiful, model free crowns at a low cost.
This is ideal for single units.

Achieve consistent, harmonious esthetics with layered e.max. Every esthetic case completed by ROE involves a digital diagnostic work-up which can be shared with our customers via high resolution images and often a 3D preview.

Layered e.max is pressed, anatomically cut-back and hand-layered for increased translucency and shading. No more troubleshooting material selection – you can request layered e.max for veneers, crowns, or bridges.
