ROE is CLOSED on the following days. Please DO NOT schedule any cases for these days as the lab will be closed:

- September 1, 2025
- November 27-28, 2025
- December 25, 2025
Active ROE Accounts
Doctors must have an active ROE account to submit a case for design. Non-active account submissions may result in time delays. It can take up to 24 hrs to create a new account. Please go through the account creation process in advance of case submission.
1hr Turnaround Requests
- Doctors must schedule ahead of time in order for ROE to achieve a 1-hour turnaround (per arch) on case design.
- Cases MUST be submitted before 3:30 pm EST for a 1-hour turnaround time to be viable.
