This section is an introduction to the CHROME GuidedSMILE surgical protocol; a patented, fully guided, “prosthetic-down” approach to all-on-x. This protocol was developed for doctors who desire a safer, faster, smaller, and stronger immediate solution for their full arch patients.
The surgical protocol described in this section is typical for most CHROME GuidedSMILE cases, but as with any complete solution, there are some small adaptations depending on the patient’s clinical situation.
