C2F (Conversion to Final) – Small Hole Technology
What is C2F (Conversion to Final)?
C2F (patent pending) is the CHROME philosophy of Small Hole Technology. C2F means delivering immediate prosthetics during a CHROME GuidedSMILE™ surgery with 2.5mm holes, rather than the typical industry-standard larger holes. Small Hole Technology dramatically improves the performance of CHROME GuidedSMILE prosthetics by maintaining the principal structure of the manufactured material, preserving the ideally designed occlusion, providing an extra-oral method of equilibration, creating a master cast on the day of surgery, delivering a beautifully crafted prosthetic without resin filled holes and faked-in occlusion, and providing the patient with what appears to be a final prosthetic. C2F is helping CHROME lead full arch guided procedures.

C2F Assembly (C2FA)

This assembly includes the C2F Analog, C2F MUA Head, Gold Screw, Temp Coping (Nobel and Nobel compatible MUA’s, Straumann, Keystone), and Blockout Rod. Doctors will need one C2F Assembly per implant site. For future cases, the doctors only need to repurchase the C2F analog.
2F MUA Head (C2FAIC2F)

This is the MUA head only.
C2F Analog Only (C2FAO)

This analog must be purchased for every case, at a minimum. The analog is luted to the model and can be stored as the analog model only. The MUA head can be unscrewed from this model and used in other cases.
C2F Drill (C2FD)

The C2F drill can be used multiple times. It is a carbide bur and durable. It is advised to purchase at least two.
C2F Temporary Coping (C2FCOP)

C2F Screw (C2FSCREW)

C2F Blockout Rod (C2FROD)

C2F Model

The C2F model is designed to support the RAPID appliance for the model creation and to hold the C2F analogs to drill the small holes in the conversion prosthetic. It is designed to print, has holes for the analogs, and the pegs that mimic the Carrier Guide.
C2F Conversion Kit (C2FKIT)

C2F Kits are now available. Why purchase a kit? Because once you have one, you can just order the C2F analogs $19/site, plus the model, and go to surgery with this kit thereafter without purchasing all the components. The hollow analogs remain in the C2F models after conversion and the C2F Kit with MUA Heads, gold screws, drills etc. are taken to the next case and so on. Just order analogs only on the next surgeries!
