Use our easy UPS label generator (click the logo). If you are a returning customer, simply type in your phone number in the correct format (xxx-xxx-xxxx) or enter your information and print the label. Give the case to the UPS driver, or call UPS for a pick-up.

Expect Holiday Season Delays – Add additional days to your scheduling

During the upcoming Holiday Season, ROE will be making every effort to deliver cases on time to meet the schedule of our valued clients. It is important to be aware that delays may still occur due to UPS and FedEx.

We have already been informed by both companies to expect packages not to arrive as planned. For this reason, we recommend adding 2 or 3 days to case due dates, both digital and analog cases.

Note

When you click the UPS shield you will be brought to a UPS Guest Login screen. Once you select “I'm not a robot” you will be able to input your information and print the label.

When you choose ROE, pick-up and delivery is just a phone call 800 228 6663 #1, or email away –  pickup@roedentallab.com. We'll handle your case anywhere in the country by selecting a courier that is most convenient for your office. To request a pick-up, call the laboratory phone number.
