CombiGuide™

The CombiGuide system addresses the critical challenge often missed in freehand full-arch cases: adequate planned bone reduction and precise implant placement for optimal prosthetic outcomes.

This comprehensive stackable system includes five components — (1) pin guide, (2) fixation base, (3) bone reduction guide, (4) osteotomy guide, and (5) carrier guide—that work together to deliver predictable vertical space management and controlled implant positioning.

The system is fixated to bone after tissue reflection, eliminating guesswork by providing physical guidance for bone reduction down to the fixation base level, while the integrated osteotomy guide with rotation indexing ensures precise implant angulation and positioning. The carrier guide confirms adequate bone reduction through passive seating verification, guaranteeing proper vertical space for long-term prosthetic success.

By combining guided bone reduction with controlled implant placement, CombiGuide delivers the predictable foundation necessary for successful full-arch restorations.

CombiGuide + Photogrammetry

The CombiGuide system serves as the ideal fixed fiducial marker for photogrammetry cases, with the metal fixation base functioning as "the constant" that preserves spatial relationships throughout the entire surgical and digital workflow.

This innovative approach allows for accurate digital scanning at multiple critical stages—first capturing the fixation base with existing teeth to preserve the original bite registration, then scanning the same fixation base after extractions and implant placement to maintain precise spatial reference.

Unlike traditional photogrammetry methods that rely on palatal tabs or other temporary references, the CombiGuide's fixation base provides a stable, highly scannable platform that remains in place throughout surgery, eliminating the complexity of bite registration during the procedure while ensuring micron-level accuracy.

The metal construction creates an easily digitized surface that scanners capture with exceptional clarity, even in the challenging surgical environment, while the carrier guide provides seamless digital transition from healing collars to the fixation base.

This constant reference system allows for preservation of the pre-surgical bite relationship while enabling immediate prosthetic design and delivery, making CombiGuide the superior choice for photogrammetry workflows where precision, stability, and predictable outcomes are essential.
