Bianca joined Roe Dental Laboratory in 2019, starting in the Full Arch Department where she specialized in designing All-on-X cases. Her dedication to digital dentistry and workflow precision led to her promotion to Assistant Manager in 2023.
In that role, she worked on a wide range of full arch cases, building extensive expertise in digital workflows from design to final prosthesis.
Graduated as a prosthodontist in Brazil, Bianca brings a strong clinical foundation and international perspective to her work, enhancing communication with clinicians and understanding of complex restorative needs.
She is currently transitioning into Roe Dental’s Technical Support Management team, where she applies her clinical and technical knowledge to support both clients and internal teams.
