Hailey Meade serves as a Customer Support Specialist at ROE Dental Laboratory, where she has been a dedicated team member since 2020. Throughout her tenure, she has demonstrated exceptional growth and advancement within the organization, consistently expanding her knowledge and expertise across multiple areas of dental laboratory operations.

During her time at ROE, Hailey successfully completed her Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, which has significantly enhanced her understanding of dental processes from a comprehensive business perspective. This educational achievement has enabled her to bridge the gap between clinical procedures and operational efficiency.

Hailey's commitment to continuous learning and professional development has established her as an invaluable asset to the ROE Dental Laboratory team.

Jason B. CDT, CM

Jason completed a 22-year career in the US Army before beginning at ROE in 2013 as a Technical Consultant, Quality Control Specialist and performing shade analysis for patients. From 2019 to 2022 he managed the 8-member technical support quality control team and presently supports ROE remotely as a Technical Support Specialist. In this current role, he assists clients with case planning, material choices, and troubleshooting difficult cases, amongst other things.

Although he joined the Army in 1992, he became part of the dental field as a dental assistant in 1996 and a dental lab technician in 1997, earning his CDT in 2005 and Certified Manager designation in 2006. Some of the other dental related positions held were as a Dental Clinic Manager, training manager, and dental supply technician just to name a few. When not at ROE, he enjoys spending time with his family, being in the great outdoors and photography.
