UPS Label and Case Pick-Up

UPS Label's

Use our easy UPS label generator (click the logo). If you are a returning customer, simply type in your phone number in the correct format (xxx-xxx-xxxx) or enter your information and print the label. Give the case to the UPS driver, or call UPS for a pick-up.

Note:

When you click the UPS shield you will be brought to a UPS Guest Login screen. Once you select “I’m not a robot” you will be able to input your information and print the label.

When you choose ROE, pick-up and delivery is just a phone call 800 228 6663 #1, or email away –  pickup@roedentallab.com. We’ll handle your case anywhere in the country by selecting a courier that is most convenient for your office. To request a pick-up, call the laboratory phone number.
