    Login Into Your Account

    Go to roedentallab.com/FTNI and login into your ROE FTNI portal.

    How to activate your account

    You should have received an email within the last few days with the information needed below, if not call us at (216) 663-2233, option 2, or email us at info@roedentallab.com.

    Your previous account has been transferred to the new platform. To complete the process, you are required to establish a new password.

    1. Go to roedentallab.com/FTNI
    2. Select Forgot Password
    3. Enter the information required (Customer ID, Zip Code, Email) to receive a Reset Link for your new password
    4. Create a new password and login into the portal. Your information will not be loaded into it until the first week of April.
    5. Review your payment settings and edit them if necessary.
