ROE has upgraded from our current online payment platform, Bill & Pay, to a more advanced platform, powered by FTNI. We are very excited about this platform upgrade and how it enables us to provide you with increasing levels of customer support. We want to make you aware of several timeline milestones over the next few weeks.
- Starting March 20, 2023 – Please activate your new FTNI account online (see details below).
- March 24, 2023 – Our current system, Bill & Pay, will be deactivated and inaccessible.
- April 5, 2023 – FTNI will be active and will contain all current invoice information.
How to activate your account
You should gave received an email within the last few days with the information needed below, if not call us at 800-228-6663, option 2, or email us at email@example.com.
Your previous account has been transferred to the new platform. To complete the process, you are required to establish a new password.
- Go to roedentallab.com/FTNI
- Select Forgot Password
- Enter the information required (Customer ID, Zip Code, Email) to receive a Reset Link for your new password
- Create a new password and login into the portal. Your information will not be loaded into it until the first week of April.
- Review your payment settings and edit them if necessary.
