Establish Your Lab Preferences

  • Below is ROE’s Doctor Lab Preferences form – it will create comprehensive instructions for how ROE should approach your patient orders.
  • ROE recommended preferences are preselected (labeled ROE standard). Click here to review ROE’s standards.
  • ALL preselected preferences can be changed.
  • Upon submission, you will receive a PDF copy of your preferences via email.
  • You can change your preferences by communicating with your Technical Support Specialist, and/or your Case Support Specialist.
 

VERY IMPORTANT:

We will follow your preferences unless explicitly told otherwise on the patient’s Rx.
