The prosthesis can be loaded directly onto guides when both are anchored simultaneously, or the palate can provide stabilization. This protocol requires surgeons experienced in freehand implant placement and supports Nobel, NeoDent, Norris, Straumann, and Southern implants alongside standard implants. Cases are planned live online with our technicians and specialists. CBCT include the eye orbits (dentate patient scan out of occlusion; edentulous patient using dual scan technique)
Full face / full smile photographs for diagnostics, and photos of a retracted smile in occlusion straight on and left right
Dual scan for edentulous patient, or master casts / PVS impressions for dentate. Dentate cases can include digital impressions – must include the vestibule
