Gordon holds an Associate Degree in Removable Dental Technology and has completed a Bachelor’s degree at the University of Illinois. He has been in the dental laboratory industry for over 30 years.

He owned his own laboratory for 12 years, then worked as a manager for Aria Care Partners for 13 years. He currently works as manager at ROE’s Chicago branch, where he manages daily operations and production.
