Customer Onboarding: Complete

Please check your email as you will have received a copy of all of your submissions. This includes the communication preferences, ACH (if submitted online), lab preferences, and master surgical agreement.

In addition, a new customer starter pack will be headed to your office in the next 1-2 business days. It will contain boxes, Rx pad, fee schedule, days-in-lab schedule, pens, magnet, and much more.

Please refer to the first email you received for the contact information of both your TSS/CSS team and in-the-field Lab Consultant. Any future change in preferences can be relayed to your TSS/CSS team.
