Meet Your Dedicated ROE Teams

Your Technical Support Specialist (TSS) works with a dedicated Case Support Specialist (CSS) to support the doctor’s team. TSS personally works with doctors and team members on more technical issues. This one-on-one relationship ensures that ROE follows the doctors instructions and that the communication is maintained between as few parties as possible. The CSS team members support the TSS with case flow, emails, case timeliness, photographs, and managing the information that connects ROE with clients.
