Create a new ROE online account

Important Notes:

Doctors must have an active ROE account to submit a case for design. Non-active account submissions may result in time delays. It can take up to 24 hrs to create a new account. Please go through the account creation process in advance of case submission. Only create a new account if you have never done any work with ROE before.
