    Thank you for ordering custom-branded Patient Marketing Materials. Please refer to to the table to the right to understand what information you need to submit. If you do not have all of the information at hand that is okay – we will receive it in parts if necessary.

    Process – typically takes 2-3 weeks

    1. Complete the form below. Without a completed form we cannot start.
    2. We will create a digital proof and submit for your approval.
    3. You will review. Any changes needed will be made and resubmitted for final approval.
    4. Once approved we will print and mail them to you.

    The reorder process is simple – we will take your previously approved file and go straight to print. Turnaround time would be 5 business days.
