What are the turnaround times for different crown materials?
ROE Dental Laboratory offers various crown materials, each with its own production timeline. Understanding these turnaround times helps you schedule patient appointments appropriately and set accurate expectations.
TLC (monolithic zirconia) crowns require three days in the lab, making them one of our faster options. Standard ZRC (zirconia) crowns require five days in the lab. EMAX crowns typically take three to five days depending on complexity. For porcelain fused to zirconia restorations (PFZ or PZ), please allow nine days in the lab due to the additional layering and firing processes involved.
Standard crowns generally fall within the three to five-day range. Please note that if models need to be poured from impressions, add one additional day to any of these timelines.
These timeframes represent laboratory production time and do not include shipping. For specific scheduling needs or rush requests, please contact our team to discuss available options
