Which patients and cases is it best suited for, and when should I choose something else?

G-CAM is appropriate for all patient types except heavy bruxers, and it is especially attractive when the priorities are a lighter, less abrasive, value-oriented full-arch result. Because it works well for one or both arches, it is a flexible choice across single and double arch rehabilitations. The quickest way to think about case selection:

A strong fit when... Reconsider when...
You want a lightweight full-arch prosthesis. The patient is a heavy bruxer who needs maximum fracture and wear resistance.
A less abrasive, softer-impact material is preferred, for example against an opposing arch you want to protect. The case demands the highest wear rating, where full zirconia or a titanium-substructure option is stronger.
Value is a meaningful factor in the treatment plan. The patient wants the top esthetic tier available, where a premium zirconia bridge may edge it out.
You are restoring single or double implant-supported arches. Restorative space is limited, since this design calls for more vertical room (see FAQ 3).

When a case falls into the "reconsider" column, ROE's premium fixed options are the natural alternatives: the TLZ-IB Zirconia bridge, the TLZ-IB with a titanium substructure for extra strength, or the NobelProcera® bridge. ROE's case-planning team, which includes more than 20 Certified Dental Technicians, can help confirm the right material for a given patient.
