Submit patient photographs and a completed Rx with these files.

How to submit a case

  1. Create or log in to your ROE account. If you have worked with ROE previously, contact customer service for your login credentials rather than creating a duplicate account.
  2. Select New Case and complete the online form. Drag and drop your files under Documents.
  3. Zip large files or CBCT scans before uploading. If sending physical models, print a copy of your Rx to include with the case.
  4. ROE accepts IOS files from all major brands. To send directly from your scanner, search for ROE Dental Lab in your scanner's portal. The exact protocol varies by manufacturer.
