What components are included in the GuidedTEMP package?

Context

Understanding the complete components included in a surgical guide system is essential for proper case planning and surgical preparation. Dental professionals need to know exactly what materials and parts will arrive with their GuidedTEMP™ case to ensure they have everything needed for a successful procedure. ROE Dental Laboratory provides a comprehensive package designed to facilitate seamless integration with your guided surgery workflow.

Answer

The complete GuidedTEMP™ package includes all necessary components to ensure seamless integration with your guided surgery workflow. ROE sends the recommended parts with each case package, eliminating the need for separate ordering.

Standard Package Components:

  1. Surgical Guide: Preferably fully guided, where the implant fits through the sleeve for optimal accuracy
  2. Immediate Provisional Template: Contains the temporary restoration with a precisely positioned access hole pre-made according to the exact trajectory of the implant
  3. Temporary Abutment: Typically an OEM part from the implant manufacturer, specifically matched to your implant system
  4. Implant Screw: Appropriate screw for securing the temporary abutment
  5. Blockout Plugs: Typically blue (sometimes clear) plugs for cylinder blockout to prevent material from entering the screw access
  6. Blockout Gaskets: Sleeve over temporary cylinders to prevent backfill material from locking onto components

Important Note: ROE includes and sends the recommended parts with most case packages. During your online consultation meeting, you will specify the implant system being used to ensure all components are properly matched.
