Is it compatible with all implant systems, and how is passive fit and protection handled?

Yes. The TLZ-IB with metal substructure works with all major implant brands for universal compatibility, and titanium's precision machinability already contributes to an exceptional passive fit with enhanced mechanical stability through the direct implant connection.

Passive fit with Passivity Plus. ROE's full-arch finals are designed to work with Passivity Plus technology, which increases passivity between the prosthesis and the implants to reduce stress-related failures. The system is explicitly indicated for cases employing titanium bar substructures, making it a natural pairing with this product. Passivity Plus is built on the NikolasBase, a self-adjusting titanium base for multi-unit abutments (MUAs) with a pivotable cap that compensates for minor misfits during seating.

A key seating note from the ebook: hand-start every screw two to three turns first, let the caps settle, then tighten progressively in a cross-pattern to a final torque of 25 N·cm, never fully torquing one screw before the others are engaged. Note that Passivity Plus enhances passivity but does not correct major errors such as poor scans or a grossly off fit. Learn more on the Passivity Plus technology page.

Protecting the restoration. To safeguard the full-arch investment, ROE includes a miniComfort guard, a soft, flexible lower appliance worn at night or during the day. It has two discluding elements that the canines contact, reminding the patient to open and stop clenching, functioning as a deprogramming device. More detail is on the miniComfort page.
