How do I order GuidedSMILE Lite or request pricing?
Ordering GuidedSMILE Lite follows ROE's standard CHROME submission process, and pricing is available on request.
How to submit a case:
- Visit the Submit a CHROME Case portal, or use the GuidedSMILE Rx form.
- Complete the Rx and proceed to records upload. The Rx is emailed to you and uploaded to ROE.
- Upload your records to submit the case in full.
- Track case status through your online ROE account.
How to plan and get support:
- Schedule an online implant planning meeting to review the surgical plan before scheduling surgery.
- Request chairside support for your first case.
How to request pricing or a fee schedule:
ROE does not publish full-arch pricing online. To request a GuidedSMILE Lite fee schedule or a cost estimate, schedule a 1-on-1 personal introduction, or contact ROE directly:

Reminder: Do not schedule the patient's day of surgery until after the online planning meeting and plan approval, since plan changes can affect manufacturing and the appointment.
