Why aren't same-day services available for distant offices?

Same-day services are limited to local offices because shipping time significantly extends the overall turnaround, making true same-day completion impossible for distant locations.

For example, if your office is located in Arizona, shipping a case to our laboratory takes approximately two days, and shipping the completed case back takes another two days. This means even if we complete the work in six hours, the total time from when you send the case to when you receive it back would be approximately one week.

Same-day service only works when cases can be picked up and delivered by our local drivers, eliminating transit time and allowing the six-hour laboratory turnaround to translate into actual same-day service for your patients.
