Why aren't my invoices showing in the FTNI portal?

Invoices do not display within the FTNI portal interface. If you need copies of your invoices, please call our team directly and we will email them to you.

We understand this may be inconvenient if you are accustomed to accessing billing information through the portal. However, our team is happy to provide invoice copies promptly upon request. Simply let us know which invoices you need—whether for specific cases, date ranges, or your most recent statement—and we will send them to your email address.
