What warranty, materials standards, and ordering details apply to the Thermoplastic Hybrid Partial?

Warranty

The Thermoplastic Partial Hybrid carries a 1-year warranty. For full warranty terms, refer to ROE's Warranty Statement.

Lab timing

The appliance has a 12 days-in-lab turnaround, which does not include shipping time. Use ROE's case delivery calculator to schedule the patient return appointment accurately.

Material and quality standards

ROE uses only FDA-approved materials, and all products are made in the USA. The hybrid combines a precision SLM (Selective Laser Melting) printed metal framework with a nylon-based flexible thermoplastic. ROE produces its metal frameworks with in-house SLM printing, and is a National Association of Dental Laboratories (NADL) member and a Certified Dental Laboratory with case planning support from a team of Certified Dental Technicians.

Digital records Submit IOS scans through the IOS portal, or export STL files and upload to the ROE portal
Physical records Print and include the Rx with shipped physical models and records
