What should I expect at seating, and what are the turnaround, warranty, and support details?

Seating: Because the fit is designed digitally, chairside adjustments are typically minimal. At delivery, check and adjust peripheries if needed and make minimal occlusal adjustments until the denture is seated. If changes are still needed after the patient evaluates the final result, use the Reverse Reset rather than a full remake.

Turnaround: The IMPACT Denture has 3 days in lab, which does not include shipping. Use ROE's case delivery calculator to schedule the patient's return appointment accurately.

Warranty: The IMPACT Denture carries a 1 year warranty against denture base fracture. Refer to ROE's current warranty statement for full terms.

Why the digital approach benefits the practice and patient:

Benefit Detail
Fewer appointments Built around a two-appointment process
Time savings Reduced chair time and faster lab turnaround
Reorder convenience Digital record kept on file for easy reorder and exact duplication
Cost efficiency Economical compared with traditional dentures
Lower remake cost Reverse Reset corrections at a fraction of a traditional remake

Dedicated support: When you partner with ROE you are assigned a dedicated Technical Support and Case Support Specialist team responsible for your account, so your instructions and quality standards are followed on every case.
