What records do I need to submit, and how do I send my case to ROE?

For an All-Acrylic Partial (Flipper), ROE requires the following records:

  • PVS or IOS impression (a physical impression or a digital intraoral scan)
  • Bite registration
  • Opposing arch
  • Patient photographs (full-face full-smile, full-face exaggerated smile, and optionally a full-face profile, all taken with the patient standing up)

Submitting digital records:

  1. Log in or create an account, then select "New Case" and complete the online form. Drag and drop your files under "Documents."
  2. If sending large files or CBCT scans (.DCM), zip the file folder before uploading.
  3. ROE accepts IOS files from all major brands. To send directly from your scanner, search for ROE Dental Lab in your IOS's portal, or export your .STL files and upload them to the ROE portal.

Shipping analog records: Print and complete the relevant Rx, then ship it to ROE with your case. ROE provides free UPS shipping labels and will send free supplies on request.
