ROE's traditional dentures combine proven materials with hand-craftsmanship and a set of defined quality-control techniques. Understanding these helps in setting patient expectations and in deciding when the traditional line is the right call over a digital denture.
Materials
The base is Ivocap-processed acrylic, finished through premium injection denture processing that eliminates manufacturing errors and porosity, a denser and cleaner base than manually packed acrylic. Teeth are premium acrylic (Premium tier) or value acrylic (Value tier). ROE uses only FDA-approved materials, and all products are made in the USA.

Quality and accuracy controls
ROE applies several mechanical verification and fabrication controls drawn from the ESP technique. These are what give the traditional line its precision despite being hand-crafted.
