What is the workflow, and what records does ROE need?

Stabili-Teeth® follows ROE's standard implant-supported full-arch record sequence, typically completed in 4 to 6 patient visits. The core principle, emphasized throughout ROE's restorative guidance, is that the quality of the final prosthesis depends on the accuracy of the records and on validating the result with a try-in before the case is finalized. The stages, at a high level:

Stage What happens
1. Records Capture accurate implant-level or abutment-level records, digital or analog, including the tissue detail around each implant so the lab can build an accurate, well-fitting base.
2. Bite and vertical dimension Establish vertical dimension of occlusion (VDO) and centric relation, and capture the opposing arch. Bite records are what let the lab set the correct occlusal scheme.
3. Try-in Evaluate a setup or prototype for esthetics, occlusion, phonetics, and tissue contours, and confirm patient acceptance before anything is finalized.
4. Final delivery ROE processes and delivers the final metal-base hybrid with the reinforced denture, ready to attach to the implants.

Why the try-in step matters: A try-in functions as a prototype that lets you verify the outcome before committing to the final. ROE's restorative approach treats a 3D-printed try-in not as a placeholder but as a validation tool to confirm occlusion, esthetics, phonetics, tissue contours, and patient acceptance, which improves predictability and reduces surprises at delivery. You can read more about this step at The Printed Try-In.

Getting the records right: Capturing precise records, an accurate bite, and the opposing model is the single biggest driver of a smooth case. If the bite or VDO is off, the try-in is where it should be caught and corrected, not at final delivery. Support during the case: If you want a lab technician's help at the chair, ROE offers Chairside Support, and you can coordinate the patient's return appointment using the Case Delivery Calculator.
