What is the Stabili-Teeth Fixed Detachable Hybrid?

Stabili-Teeth® is ROE Dental Laboratory's affordable, fully implant-supported full-arch prosthesis. It belongs to the family of full-arch restorations known as Fixed Detachable Hybrids, meaning the prosthesis is fixed in the mouth and not removable by the patient, yet it can be detached by the clinician for maintenance, cleaning, and service. This is the same general category that the profession often refers to as a hybrid or All-on-X style restoration, and it combines the chewing stability of implant support with a serviceable design.

Structurally, Stabili-Teeth® is built on a metal base, with a denture reinforced with metal or FiberForce® to resist flexing and fracture over time. The published materials for the system include the denture, a titanium bar, and Locator® parts. Because the design is reinforced and implant-supported, it is intended to give patients confident, stable full-arch function rather than the movement associated with a conventional tissue-borne denture.

What sets Stabili-Teeth® apart from ROE's premium full-arch products is its price position. ROE designed it specifically as a value full-arch solution and states that it can be delivered at approximately 50% less cost than traditional full-arch options.

The goal is access: bringing a fixed, implant-supported result within reach of the large group of patients who want full-arch treatment but are priced out of premium solutions. Because available restorative space, material selection, and final design interact, ROE's case-planning team helps confirm the right configuration for each patient before fabrication.

To see where it sits among ROE's other full-arch designs, including premium fixed and removable options, review ROE's Full-Arch Solutions overview. ROE's case-planning support includes more than 20 Certified Dental Technicians who can advise on whether Stabili-Teeth® is the right fit for a given case.
