What is the difference between the Premium and Value IMPACT Denture?

Both tiers are 3D-printed digital dentures that share the same streamlined two-appointment workflow, the same applications, and the same Reverse Reset adjustment option. The difference is primarily in the teeth and the resulting esthetic and performance profile.

Feature Premium IMPACT Denture Value IMPACT Denture
Materials Premium printed teeth bonded to a premium, printed high-impact Lucitone base Printed teeth and a printed high-impact Lucitone base
Esthetic quality Higher Standard
Strength Higher Standard
Wear resistance Higher Standard
Relative price tier Higher Lower (most economical full denture option)
Tooth shades A1, A2, A3, A3.5, A4, B1, B2, B3, C1, C2, C3, C4, D2, D3, D4, BL1, BL3 A1, A2, A3, A3.5, B1, B2, B3

Guidance on choosing between them: select Premium when the patient has a higher esthetic demand or you want the strongest, most wear-resistant option in the IMPACT line. Select Value when cost is the priority and the patient's needs are well served by a standard esthetic and shade range. For the highest strength and wear in ROE's digital lineup overall, the milled, monolithic Ivotion denture sits above both IMPACT tiers.

For reference, ROE's Removable Solutions guide listed the Premium IMPACT at $359.00 and the Value IMPACT at $259.00 as of April 2026. Pricing is subject to change, so request current pricing through ROE's pricing request form before quoting a patient.
