How to choose between them
Select Premium when esthetics and wear resistance are the deciding factors, for example cosmetically demanding patients, anterior-focused cases, or anyone who will scrutinize tooth appearance and longevity. Select Value when you want the proven, porosity-free Ivocap base and ROE's full customization capability, and the case does not hinge on the highest-grade teeth. Because the base, process, turnaround, and warranty are identical, the Value tier is not a "lesser denture" structurally. It is a deliberate trade of premium tooth grade for a more accessible option.
