What is the credit card convenience fee?

ROE applies a 2.9% convenience fee on all credit card payments. This fee applies to both one-time payments and recurring auto-pay transactions processed via credit card.

If you would like to avoid this convenience fee, alternative payment methods are available. Payments made by check or ACH (direct bank account transfer) do not incur a convenience fee. Many of our clients choose to set up ACH payments to take advantage of the fee-free option while still enjoying the convenience of automatic payments.
