What is ROE's Reverse Reset, and how are adjustments handled?

The Reverse Reset is ROE's adjustment safety net that replaces the traditional setup appointment. Because the IMPACT workflow moves from bite block to final denture without a wax try-in, the Reverse Reset gives you a low-cost path to make changes after the patient has seen the final result.

How it works: If the final denture needs changes, whether esthetic adjustments or changes to midline or vertical dimension of occlusion, make your desired adjustments, mark the changes with a marker, and capture a few photographs. You may also return the denture with a new bite. ROE then reprints the denture and returns it to you. The patient can wear that denture home, or you can continue refining as needed.

Key points for the knowledge base:

  • The Reverse Reset is fabricated at a fraction of the cost of a traditional denture remake or setup procedure.
  • It is purchased only when needed. There is no requirement to buy it with the initial IMPACT Denture order, which keeps upfront costs low.
  • It still minimizes the total number of visits compared with conventional fabrication while getting the patient into a final denture sooner.

This service is part of why the digital workflow can compress what was historically six, seven, or eight visits into a process centered on two appointments.
