What is my customer ID for the online payment portal (FTNI) registration?

Your customer ID is needed when setting up the FTNI payment portal and is used to link the portal to your account. If you need your customer ID, call our team and provide your office phone number. We will look up your account and provide you with the customer ID—for example, "RHOADSK."

Enter this customer ID in the appropriate field during the FTNI portal activation process to connect your payment portal to your ROE Dental Laboratory account. Please note that this customer ID is specifically for FTNI portal setup and is not required for the standard ROE portal.
