What is GuidedSMILE Digital and who is it for?

GuidedSMILE Digital is a fully integrated digital full-arch protocol from ROE Dental Laboratory that unites the precision of guided surgery with streamlined digital record capture and an expedited design service. It is built for clinicians who want control, efficiency, and the ability to print immediate provisionals in-house on the day of surgery.

The system is part of the broader CHROME GuidedSMILE family of products and is designed to work in a "prosthesis-down" philosophy, meaning the final restorative outcome drives the surgical plan rather than the reverse.

GuidedSMILE Digital is composed of three components that work synergistically:

Component Primary Role Key Benefit
GuidedSMILE CombiGuide Guided bone reduction and implant placement, plus a pre-planned fiducial reference One stackable system serves both surgery and scanning
Scanguide A fully integrated, scannable fiducial platform Enables a single, clean digital capture
One-Hour Design Service ROE designs the prosthesis from your records An STL file returned for in-house printing

This workflow is ideal for DIY practitioners who print in their own office, as well as larger practices using photogrammetry or Grammetry (intraoral scanner record capture). To explore whether it fits your practice, you can schedule a 1-on-1 personal introduction with a ROE specialist.
