What is CLEARguard™ and what is it used for?

CLEARguard™ is ROE Dental Laboratory's line of digitally designed and 3D-printed occlusal splints. The line is built to deliver patient comfort while reducing chair time, because precise digital fabrication minimizes the adjustments a clinician typically needs to make at delivery.

Each appliance is crafted from high-quality biocompatible resin using precise digital manufacturing, which gives the splints strong accuracy, superior clarity, and a comfortable fit that patients notice from the moment of delivery. Because the workflow is fully digital, results are consistent and predictable from case to case, and the design file can be reused to reproduce the appliance quickly if a replacement is ever needed.

CLEARguard is indicated for three primary situations:

Indication What it addresses
Bruxism protection Protects dentition from the effects of nighttime grinding and clenching
TMJ therapy Supports management of temporomandibular joint discomfort and dysfunction
General splint treatment Serves as a custom occlusal appliance for broader splint therapy needs

Key clinical benefits ROE highlights for the CLEARguard line:
