What if there's confusion about which doctor a case belongs to?
At ROE, cases are filed under the name of the submitting doctor to ensure accurate tracking and billing. However, confusion can sometimes arise, particularly in situations involving practice acquisitions, multi-doctor offices, or when staff members submit cases on behalf of different practitioners.
If you discover that a case has been attributed to the wrong doctor, please contact our laboratory so we can update our records accordingly.
To prevent filing issues, we recommend verifying the doctor's name on all submissions, especially when your practice has recently undergone changes in ownership or staffing. Our team can correct case assignments and update your account information to ensure future cases are properly attributed.
