What if the wrong patient name was entered on a case?

If a case was submitted with an incorrect patient name, please contact our laboratory as soon as possible so we can correct the information in our system. When you call, provide both the original (incorrect) name that was entered and the correct patient name that should appear on the case.

For example, if a case was mistakenly submitted under "Daniel Carter" but should be under "Jacqueline Roberts," simply let us know both names, and our team will update the case records accordingly. This correction ensures that all documentation, billing, and future communications reference the correct patient.
