What if the shade is still wrong after a shade appointment?

If a crown or restoration returns and the shade is not correct, whether it appears too dark, too light, or otherwise does not match, there are several steps we can take to resolve the issue.

First, please send photos of the restoration in the patient's mouth to photos@roedentallab.com so our team can evaluate the shade discrepancy. Then send the crown back to our laboratory for shade adjustment. In some cases, we may suggest scheduling a custom stain appointment to achieve the precise shade match needed.

Please include the patient's phone number with the returned case so our laboratory can reach out directly to reschedule a shade appointment if needed. Our team will contact the patient to coordinate timing and ensure we achieve the best possible result on the remade or adjusted restoration.
