What if the physical case is missing?

If a case appears to be missing and cannot be located at either your office or our laboratory, please contact us so we can investigate together. Our team can search through cases received on specific dates to see if your case was mislabeled or placed in the wrong location.

We also recommend searching within your own office to determine if the case was set aside or misplaced before pickup. To help narrow down the search, confirm the date the lab slip was filled out compared to the actual pickup date, as this can help identify when the case entered the system.

Both parties working together gives the best chance of locating a missing case quickly.
