What if the patient needs other treatment before the lab case proceeds?

If your patient requires additional dental treatment before their laboratory case should move forward, please call us to intentionally place the case on hold. For instance, you might say, "The patient is holding off—they need other treatment first."

Once the hold is in place, our team will stop calling about the case status, and the case will remain on hold until your office contacts us to proceed. This prevents unnecessary fabrication and ensures work resumes only when the patient is ready to continue with their treatment plan.

If needed, we can also return the model to your office while the case is on hold. Simply let us know your preference when you call.
