What if the patient hasn't scheduled or put down a deposit?

If a planning meeting has been completed but the patient has not yet scheduled their appointment or provided a deposit, you can request that we hold the case before production begins. Simply call and let us know the situation, for example, "The patient has not scheduled and has not put down a deposit."

Our team will place the case on hold to prevent fabrication from starting before the patient has committed to proceeding. When the patient is ready to move forward, call us to release the case from hold and resume production. This approach prevents wasted fabrication on cases that may not proceed and helps manage your laboratory costs effectively.
